Breath-based flowing yoga sequences are used to warm the body, foster mobility and flexibility, balance, and create a deep sense of relaxation. Learn postures using safe alignment and modifications. Designed for all fitness levels and can be adapted to individual needs, abilities, and desires. Please bring a yoga mat and yoga block. Michelle Pelna, certified and registered yoga teacher, will instruct. Ages 14+
