This program gives anyone 12 or older the opportunity to see what a lifeguards job is. Participants will join an aqua fit class, learn the basics of lifeguard scanning, rotations, rescue equipment. They will be shadow guarding the pool, helping to set up and take down the pool for different programming and enjoying the fun team atmosphere. Please bring a swim suit, clean non slip footwear, shorts or tights, snacks, water bottle and a lunch.

Lifeguard for a day T-shirt included.

Prerequisites: Must be 12+ yrs old, swimmer 6 capabilities and be interested in a job as a Lifeguard.
