Description
No time to squeeze your run in during the week? Join us for lunch on the run! This class will involve running drills, hills, strength training and stretching all packed into a 40 minute lunch workout! So lace up the runners and come have some fun on the run! This class will take place outdoors so please dress appropriate for the weather. The ability to run 3-4 km is necessary.
Meet at the front of the Edson & District Leisure Centre 1021 49st.
