Description
This interactive workshop explores how chronic stress affects the body, nervous system, and daily functioning — and why stress often shows up as fatigue, irritability, anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, and overwhelm rather than a clearly defined “mental health issue.” Participants will learn how stress is expressed biologically, rather than as a personal failure or lack of resilience. Through guided experiential activities, participants will gain practical, evidence‑informed tools to move out of survival mode and into a more stable, grounded state. The workshop emphasizes nervous system regulation, gut–brain communication, and simple food and lifestyle strategies that support emotional steadiness and resilience. Content is accessible, non‑clinical, and designed for everyday application.
