The Even Strength Adult Learn to Skate program is designed to ensure a positive experience for women new to skating. It provides women a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment to learn the basics of skating. Led by certified coaches, this program is designed for beginner skaters and focuses on the basics such as balance, posture, stopping and starting, turning, and getting comfortable in skates. No experience necessary.
