Eau Claire Aquatic Club is offering a 4 week Spring Stroke Clinic.  Please see ecacswimming.org for more information on dates and location.

Swimmers will focus on one of the four competive strokes each week.

Chompers be able to swim 25 yards completely unassisted using any stroke.

Crocs must be able to swim 50 yards on their stomach completely unassisted.

Gators must be ale to swim 50 yards on their stomach completely unassisted.

Elite Gators must be able to swim 100 yards on their stomach completely unassisted.
