Description

Contemporary Flow (aka Restorative Slow Dance) is a fusion of dance styles where we slow down from a typical class pace. Here, we take time to warm up our bodies, play in the spaciousness and simplicity, and explore our own flow through the movements and choreography. This is a place to breathe, have some fun, get moving in a gentle way, and mindfully dance your dance!

Restorative Slow Dance will meet on Fridays in the Orcas Center Dance Studio from 10:00-11:15am. This is the registration for one drop-in class, and you can purchase a 5 or 10-class pass at our website or park and rec office (at 30 Pea Patch Lane, Eastsound, WA)
