Description
This series of arts & crafts classes is open for kids, teens and adults to come learn a new craft together. Each session will run for 1.5 hours with all materials provided and guided instruction. You will leave each class with your finished project to take home.
Tuesday, April 7th 5:00-6:30pm at the Senior Center in the Multipurpose Room. Please enter through the back entrance that leads right into the craft room. The front entrance will be locked.
Make a Mini Accordion Book
Materials: Cardboard, paper, glue
Learn: Pre-scored 10-panel strips help individuals make precise accordion folds, then get right to work covering and decorating their books. The finished books measure approximately 2-3/8" × 1-1/2" (6 cm × 3.8 cm). There are over 300 sheets of patterned origami paper to use as book-covering material. All components are recycled and recyclable. Accordion-fold books are great to give as gifts, trade with friends, or create personal keepsakes to fill with notes and pictures.
