Leader Enrichment Activity Program (LEAP) is a camp-based experience for registered Adult and Ambassador Girl Scouts. Celebrating 40 years in 2026, LEAP continues a proud volunteer-led tradition of bringing Girl Scout volunteers together to learn new skills, share ideas, and build community. Bring a new or prospective troop volunteer and start the year strong by learning, connecting, and growing together. Organized and led by a committed volunteer committee with support from council staff, LEAP offers participants the opportunity to create their own adventure through workshops, outdoor experiences, and hands-on activities. Whether you are attending for the first time or reconnecting with longtime friends, LEAP is a place to discover new ideas, connect with fellow volunteers, and take action to strengthen the Girl Scout Leadership Experience in your communities All participants enjoy the Opening Ceremony, Saturday workshops, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and plenty of opportunities to learn, connect, and to celebrate friendship, leadership, and Girl Scout traditions. Participants attending the full weekend also enjoy Friday evening activities and snacks, the opportunity to choose their preferred camp lodging experience, Saturday breakfast, Sunday brunch, and the Closing Ceremony. One of the unique features of LEAP is the opportunity to choose the camp experience that best fits your comfort level and sense of adventure. Full-weekend participants may select from a variety of lodging options at Camp Juniper Knoll, including lodges, yurts, platform tents, and tabins (availability may vary). All lodging options offer a metal frame cot or bunk bed and mattress - on which you can roll out a sleeping bag or bring bedding to make your own bed.
