Aqua Zumba is an exhilarating, low-impact aquatic "pool party" that blends traditional Zumba dance-fitness with water resistance. Designed for all fitness levels and non-swimmers, it uses upbeat Latin and international rhythms to provide a highly effective cardiovascular and body-toning workout
