Description

Master Dux is a masters swim program aimed for swimmers age 18 and over. It offers modified workouts for all levels of swimming with a coach on deck leading the practice. The goal is improving stroke technique as well as physical strength and health while offering a positive and inviting culture.

This program is great for adults looking to compete in masters meets, train for an open water swim, or simply to try out a different form of exercise!
