About this event
Come learn all about Piedmont Wildlife Center and the birds of prey that call PWC home in this 45 minute tour. At the end of your tour, you'll get the chance to have a meet and greet with one of our owls up-close! This is an outdoor walking tour (~1/2 mile) so please come prepared for the weather. Each family must sign our Conservation Liability waiver in order to participate in our on-site programming. Each time slot is limited to 12 people. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the outdoor and wooded nature of our programs, some parts of the program/tour will be inaccessible to wheelchairs, walking aids and those with additional mobility concerns. Since we are on a City of Durham park, we are limited in the improvements and additions we can implement.
