If you are an Attending Parent/Adult Family Member, please register using this option. The fee helps cover insurance and camp expenses associated with your presence. Please note: One adult must register and remain onsite for each family with participating children under the age of 10. PAYMENT OPTIONS If you are requesting a scholarship, please do not complete this form until you have submitted a scholarship application (available at nubability.org) and received a scholarship code. An installment payment plan is available: 25% deposit upon registration and two additional payments. SCHEDULE Check-in is Wednesday, July 12th from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Fairgrounds Expo Hall. First-time families should plan to join us Wednesday night at 7:00 pm for a great introduction to camp at our Rookie Reception. Camp is dismissed Sunday, July 16th at 1:00 pm. A detailed schedule will be available under the "Camps" tab on nubability.org closer to camp time. LOCATIONS DuQuoin High School 500 E South St DuQuoin, IL 62832 DuQuoin State Fairgrounds 655 Executive Drive DuQuoin, IL 62832 Additional locations around DuQuoin for specific sports. COVID-19 POLICY All persons present at camp must pass a self-administered COVID wellness check.
