Come stretch your body in the most relaxed way..from your chair! You’ll get a full body strength and stretching workout from head to toe every time in only 45 minutes! This class will meet Tuesday and Friday mornings for 4 weeks. Chair Yoga is led by certified group fitness instructor Pam Connolly.
