Teen & Adult swim lessons. Ages 13 yrs +
What do YOU want to learn? Are your starting from the beginning, learning how to do floats and rhythmic breathing? Do you know a little bit and want to learn more? Do you know a lot and want to improve on what you do know?
Instructors will work with each individual towards their own individual goals.
Please bring swim suit & towel. No face masks.
