Description

This is an introduction to No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We will be covering basic positions, escapes and attacks. Classes will consist of warm up exercises, drills, instruction and practice of moves and opportunities to practice with others. Ages 12 and up. No experience is necessary, but all levels are welcome. Shorts (preferably without pockets and a t-shirt or rash guard are required for class.)
