This Fall Equinox Sound bath invites you to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and welcome the grounding energy of autumn. No experience needed. No meditation background required. Bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillows, maybe an eye cover if you would like. There are chairs available if that is a preference for the event.
