Join for a sound immersion. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are lying down with your eyes closed on a yoga mat. Various instruments will be played that mimic the natural environment; Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rain stick, and ocean drum. You will be guided in a meditation before the sound immersion. Sound aids in relaxation, ease of stress, release of tension, and improved sleep. All you need is a yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket.
