Geneva Libby is a Holistic Nutritionist dedicated to helping individuals build practical, sustainable health habits for everyday life. With a degree in Holistic Wellness and Nutrition and a background in culinary education, she combines evidence-based nutrition principles with real-world application in the kitchen. She is passionate about equipping individuals and families with the knowledge and confidence to make informed, nourishing choices.
