Instructor Julie Knowlton This is technically nuno felting – it’s wet felting on a fabric base. I call this a cloud scarf because it is as light and soft as a cloud! The scarf is made with wool and luster fibers laid onto a silk base and then wet felted. It is soft and lovely against the skin and can be worn for warmth or as a beautiful accessory. Register by Oct. 1 to request a specific color or take your chances with the colors I have! Your choice is subject to my supplier’s availability. Julie Knowlton, a retired teacher, has been needle felting for many years and loves sharing this fun, hands-on art form with others. A $5 needle purchase fee is payable to the instructor at each class, or feel free to bring your own needles.
