Instructor Julie Knowlton According to German legend, a bird’s nest in your Christmas tree brings good luck and prosperity! In this great beginner class, we’ll needle felt a nest over a dryer ball, add decorative twigs or feathers, and felt a tiny egg to go inside. Bring: Scissors, felting needles (if you have them), and any small twigs, feathers, or treasures you’d like to add (extra embellishments provided!). Julie Knowlton, a retired teacher, has been needle felting for many years and loves sharing this fun, hands-on art form with others. A $5 needle purchase fee is payable to the instructor at each class, or feel free to bring your own needles. Let us know if you’d prefer an evening class Julie is happy to offer evening sessions with at least three confirmed students.
