Y Day of Giving is an important fundraising event where we encourage the community to come together and support our local YMCA programs. It's a one-day event where people can donate and participate in fun activities, all while making a positive impact.
We’ll be hosting 'Classes for a Cause'—special group exercise classes, rock climbing, family-friendly activities, and more. It's an opportunity to raise funds for assistance with things like summer camps, swim lessons, and membership.
Your donation can change lives:
> $25 provides a child with a week of meals in summer camp
> $50 gives a child an opportunity to participate in youth sports
> $100 teaches a child to swim
> $250 sends a child to a week of summer camp
> $500 provides a senior with a membership for an entire year
Members can bring a guest for free* to Classes for A Cause. Register ahead of time to secure your spot - guests can register too!*Suggested donation $15.
Class DescriptionBODYPUMP is a barbell-based, full-body workout that focuses on low weights and high repetitions to tone and strengthen muscles. It’s designed to build lean muscle mass, improve endurance, and burn fat. Set to motivating music, the workout targets all the major muscle groups through squats, presses, lifts, and curls, making it ideal for anyone looking to boost their strength and overall fitness.
