This adult program will offer a 60-minute swim workout with an experienced Masters' swim coach writing structured workouts which will include drills that accommodate all fitness levels. This swim conditioning program will adapt to each swimmers needs and provide feedback and tools to improve efficiency while offering adults the opportunity to swim laps with more of a competitive feel.
