Description

Adult Swimming Lessons are designed to aid persons age 15+ to learn to swim, improve strokes, or begin fitness swimming. Our instructors will design the lesson to fit the needs of each individual student, whether they are new to swimming or just want to improve their strokes for fitness swimming.

There will be no classes the week of March 29-April 4 due to DPS Spring Break. The classes will still run for four weeks, with a week break during that time.
