Beginner (seated/standing strength). Move through exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. Weights, resistance bands and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. Chair for seated or standing support. Great for a beginning exerciser or participant with limitations.

No fee for One Pass/Renew Active/SilverSneakers/Silver&Fit.

Please note that if you do not attend a program for 4 consecutive weeks, you may be contacted to ask if you would like to offer your seat to someone from the waitlist if others are waiting to join in.

Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds are issued for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or if you withdraw before the deadline.

No refunds are given for missed classes.
