Writing prompts are shared in class and for writing at home by Instructor Joan Pearse. Previous writing experience recommended. Creative writing has been shown to improve emotional and mental well-being. Through creative writing, we can gain insight into our emotions, develop self-expression and communication skills, cultivate empathy and understanding of others, and boost our imagination and creativity.
