Intermediate (cardio + strength mix). Upper-body strength work with resistance bands, weights and a SilverSneakers ball, alternates with low-impact cardio movements to maximize fitness benefits while minimizing stress on joints. Great for an exerciser looking for a moderate-intensity workout. Must exercise in a standing position for a minimum of 30 minutes.
