Beginner-advanced. A gradual to high intensity, low-impact cardiovascular endurance class that incorporates athletic exercises to boost overall fitness. Move through muscle-conditioning blocks and activity–specific drills to improve strength and functional skill.

No fee for Renew Active/SilverSneakers/Silver&Fit.

Attendance: If you do not attend class for four consecutive weeks, you may be removed from the class if others are waiting to get into the class.

Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds are issued for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or if you withdraw before the deadline.

No refunds are given for missed classes.
