Description

Do you need to move but don’t know where to start? Do you wonder if you could even qualify for a new build home? This is the PERFECT class for you to dip your toes into what is available in newly built homes in Delaware County. If you think you can’t afford a newly built home, you may be pleasantly surprised. Did you know that some builders' interest rates are lower than what conventional lenders offer? Three area builder representatives will tell you about what they offer in newly built homes. We are happy to present K. Havnanian (55+ community), DR Horton, and Fischer Homes. Each builder has a unique style with different models, communities, and sites in Delaware County. (They also have communities outside of Delaware County.) This class is an introduction into the new build arena. Even though inventory is up in existing housing, the demand for one story living is a dog-eat-dog world. Even if you aren’t ready to buy a house- this class will show you what is available, and if it will work for you! The informative representatives will answer your questions and work with you! This is a great way to get an idea of what you are looking for in a new construction home without running from builder to builder because all you have to do is come to SourcePoint!
