Make an 8x10 marker and colored pencil drawing inspired by Neurographica, a drawing technique discovered and developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev that activates connections made between brain cells and neurons, linking the conscience with the subconscious. The result is an awareness and mindfulness that brings a sense of peace and helps turn stress into calm. No drawing experience required. Instructor Carol Wallenfelsz will guide you through this meditative process.
