Description
Life is full of transitions—new roles and relationships, retirement, relocation, growing and shrinking families, and shifting abilities. Each stage of life brings both challenges and opportunities. Living Life to Its Fullest focuses on adapting to change, and living fully and joyfully at any age. Blending research, insight, and heart, the course encourages thoughtful decisions aligned with your current life circumstances and invites you to see change not as a disruption, but as an opportunity for renewed meaning and purpose. This is not a lecture series. Through guided discussion and hands-on experiences, participants explore practical ideas they can apply to themselves and their relationships with family and friends. Past participants describe the course as “Wonderful!” • “Very useful course!” • “Insightful and thought-provoking.” • “An investment in yourself—a gift you deserve.” The course is facilitated by Kathleen Shibley, BSSW, PhD, author of UPcycle Your Life: Mastering Life Transitions, One Decision at a Time. She has more than five decades of experience helping individuals meet life changes with clarity, confidence, and purpose. To register, click the Enroll Now button.
