Sign-ups will close 24 hours prior to the clinic. Walk-ins are welcome. DPHD accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare Advantage PPO plans. DPHD accepts the following HMO plans: Anthem HMO, Molina MyCare, and OSCAR. Other HMO plans are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities you are unable to attend.
