Bingocize® is an evidence-based health promotion program that strategically combines the game of bingo, health education, and exercise. During this 6-week session, the health education component will focus on overall wellness. The exercises help maintain or improve functional fitness including range of motion, balance, muscle strength, and cardio-respiratory endurance. Bingocizers learn about 5 different areas of health and wellness: physical, mental, social, nutrition, and hygiene.

Out of county guests and adults under 55 are permitted to attend with a purchase of a $5 one day guest pass.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities you are unable to attend.
