Description
Participate from home in a beginner–advanced strength training class to improve balance. The National Institute of Health recommends strength training for older adults to prevent falls.
You will receive an email with information to join the online class after registration.

Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds are issued for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or if you withdraw before the deadline. No refunds are given for technical difficulties or missed classes.
Please note that if you do not attend a program for 4 consecutive weeks, you may be contacted to ask if you would like to offer your seat to someone from the waitlist if others are waiting to join.
