Zumba Gold is perfect for older adults or those getting back to exercising who are looking for the fun of the Zumba experience with the moves and music you love at a lower intensity. Zumba choreography focuses on improving range of motion, cardiovascular and muscular conditioning. Come ready to have fun. You will leave feeling strong and empowered and surprised at how the time has flown by. This is on party you don't want to miss.
