Have you always wanted to try Yoga, but think you aren’t flexible enough or that it will be too difficult? This class is for EVERY body. We will start with the basics and will give you lots of modifications so that it will be perfect for your current level of fitness and flexibility. A safe and gentle place to learn about yoga and begin or enhance your current practice. Please bring your own mat. You may also bring a towel or light blanket, blocks or a strap if you would like to.
