This Olympic sport combines grace and movement of dance with dynamic acrobatic elements of artistic gymnastics. Participants develop strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, and rhythm while performing routines using the ribbon, ball, hoop, and rope events. This beginner-level class is a great opportunity to move to the music, learn about the sport, and have fun.
