
2023 MTCCD Signature Ride

Major Taylor Cycling Club of Dayton will host our 16th Major Taylor Signature Bike Ride. Join us on one of our 17, 40, 63, or 100 mile routes. There is also a 10 mile Family Fun Ride (with children 17 years of age and under). A parent or guardian is required to accompany all participants 12 years of age and under.
The routes will be flat to rolling hills. After the 1st rest stop the route becomes more challenging for the 40, metric century and century. The route takes you through Dayton, Moraine, Jefferson, West Carrollton, Farmersville, Lewisburg and back to Dayton.
- The 17 and 40 mile riders may start at 6:30am to 8:30am.
- Metric and Century riders will need to start at 6:30am to be at Ketcher Park by 10am.
- The century route includes a challenging hilly loop through Germantown Township.
Pre-registration price: $40 early bird pricing ends April 7; $45 from April 8 - June 30 (family ride $5).
Registration after June 30, 2023 will be an additional $5.00 for the longer routes (excluding family ride).
Ride Schedule
6:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Registration/Check In.
6:30 AM: All routes are open with staggered start; century riders must be on the course by 7:00 AM.
9:30 AM: Family Ride start, and kids' bike rodeo opens.
3:00 PM: ALL routes close.
Ride Information
Ride includes 5 rest stops and SAG support. This year all rest stops will be stocked with Gatorade as well as a variety of snacks
Cue sheets may be printed by riders. No preprinted cue sheets will be provided at the event. Proceeds from the Signature Ride are donated to local non-profit charity organizations. This year our charities are The Victory Project and Sunlight Village. The Victory Project is a Dayton non-profit after-school program mentoring disengaged young men in grades 8-12. The Sunlight Village is a non-profit that supports the mental health and well-being of the youths in the Dayton Community. Past recipients have included the House of Bread, West Dayton Strong, Bicycles for All, Mercy Manor, Dayton Children’s Hospital bike safety program, the Westmont Optimist Club of Dayton, the Wesley Community Center, and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dayton. Downloadable routes are emailed and posted 2 weeks prior to event.Please see and support our sponsors noted on our website. CANCELLATION POLICY All registrations are final and entry fees are non-refundable. This is charity ride, all proceeds go towards the charities listed.
