About this event
A World of Flavor (1st & 2nd) Each week we will focus on a taste or flavor combination. Students will taste and smell ingredients before mixing up a recipe or two that really lets the flavor of the week shine! Be it sour, sweet or the combination of herbs or spices that make a single ingredient really pop, each week your student will have all sorts of ideas to share. Classes will also focus on highlighting seasonal produce and learning essential cooking techniques like measuring, knife skills and recipe reading. Class price includes $20 of materials fee No class on February 20th 2022 (President's Day)
