ECV Hockey Skills Session Lead by Erin King, Jonah LeRoux, Jack Flaman & Supported by ECV Staff March 19th - 11AM-12PM Focusing on basic and foundational mechanics of shooting & scoring: set up, release, follow through and increasing accuracy and velocity. Other areas of focus include shot type variations, shooting in stride, shooting off passes and changing the release angle. Come learn some new skills!
