First-timer-friendly and welcoming yoga class designed to create flexibility, balance, and ease in the body. Short meditations will be incorporated throughout the practice. The pace is slow and supportive with options for all levels. Participants must be able to get up and down from floor unassisted. Please bring yoga mat, bolster, two blocks and yoga strap or belt. No class 7/3.
