Description

This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.

This class focuses on teaching seniors important principles of self-defense. It includes ways that a cane can be effectively used for self-defense. Loaner canes available.

Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. Use of a cane for self-defense is not mandatory. Loaner canes available.
