Description
Shorin-Ryu uses natural body movements that greatly enhance a beginner's ability to learn. A variety of self-defense techniques are taught with emphasis on blocking, punching and kicking. White Gi (uniform) is required and can be purchased from the instructor.
12/6 class will be held at Oak Hill Park Community Center.
No Class 11/22
White Gi (uniform) is required. White Gi can be purchased from the instructor on the first day of class.
Price for a Gi can range from $16 - $21 (prices may vary)
