Description
Shorin-Ryu uses natural body movements that greatly enhance a beginner's ability to learn. A variety of self-defense techniques are taught with emphasis on blocking, punching and kicking. White Gi (uniform) is required and can be purchased from the instructor.
12/9 class will be held at the Oak Hill Park Community Center, due to a town event.
White Gi (uniform) ais required. White Gi can be purchased from the instructor on the first day of class.
10/14 class will be held at the Oak Hill Park Community Center, due to a town event.
