Shorin-Ryu uses natural body movements that greatly enhance a beginner's ability to learn. A variety of self-defense techniques are taught with emphasis on blocking, punching and kicking. This is an online class and you will meet on Zoom once a week. On Mondays by 10:00AM, your instructor will send you a video of what you will be working on during the weekly Zoom call.
