This is an Intermediate class of the traditional Yang Style Tai Chi form (81). Students are expected to know part 1 of the traditional Yang Style Tai Chi form (81). Students will learn the entire long Yang form (part 2 and part 3) in addition to a fast form, two-person sets and push-hands. Wear comfortable clothing and flat-soled flexible shoes. No class on 7/4 and 7/11/2023.
