Pick up the pace with two specifically designed walking poles. Improve your posture and breathing by engaging all our muscles efficiently. Helene has extensive experience teaching Nordic Walking in Europe and the US. She is a personal trainer and passionate about outdoor sports. Comfortable clothes and shoes and bottle of water. $5.00 Materials fee paid to instructor for pole rental.
