Shorin-Ryu uses natural body movements that greatly enhance a beginner's ability to learn. A variety of self-defense techniques are taught with emphasis on blocking, punching and kicking. White Gi (uniform) is required and can be purchased from the instructor.
White Gi (uniform) and face covering are required. White Gi can be purchased from the instructor.
