This combination class will start with gentle and smooth movement performed with breath awareness. During the first half of the class we will practice in the chair or standing with support of the chair. The latter half of the class will be gentle floor-based postures that stimulate the restful yin energy in the body. The final part of class may include an easy lying down visualization/meditation and final rest pose. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, two foam blocks and a bolster/cushion.
