JAYAH FAYE PALEY, fitness and wellness educator, presents hiking, walking and fitness seminars training and helping people of all ages, abilities and physical conditions to achieve, maintain and even regain mobility. Her Pole Walking & Pole Hiking training helps people improve fitness, posture, endurance, spine function, strength, and longevity.
